PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact inspection system capable of detecting a change in viscosity and a decay phenomenon in which an air bubble state is less likely to change in a non-contact manner.;SOLUTION: A non-contact inspection system comprises: a speaker 20 which irradiates a soft container 10 filled with contents with an acoustic wave S1; a measurement unit 30 which irradiates a measurement point on a surface of the soft container 10 excited by the acoustic wave S1 with measurement light P1 and measures vibration velocities at the measurement point by reflected light P2 of the measurement light P1; and an analysis device 40 which analyzes the vibration velocities measured by the measurement unit 30 and determines viscosity of the contents. The analysis device 40 analyzes the viscosity of the contents on the basis of a vibration velocity in a free vibration period after a forced excitation period during which the soft container 10 is irradiated with the acoustic wave S1 among the analyzed vibration velocities.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
