PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of more efficiently generating a complicated partial shape from a composite shape.;SOLUTION: The device according to the present invention is a device for generating a target partial shape from a composite shape including a plurality of graphic elements. The device includes a representative determination unit that determines representative position information representing a position of a graphic element for each of a plurality of graphic elements based on graphic classification information corresponding to the plurality of graphic elements, an estimation unit that estimates the representative position information of the graphic element corresponding to a target partial shape by a prediction model generated by machine learning based on the composite shape for learning and the partial shape for learning using the representative position information of the plurality of graphic elements, and a shape generation unit that generates the target partial shape based on the estimated representative position information of the graphic element and the graphic classification information of the graphic element.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
