STAFF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND STAFF MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage staff while increasing their willingness to participate as staff.;SOLUTION: A reception device 40 captures a facial image of a staff member and notifies a management device 30 of the facial image (S1). The management device 30 collates a feature amount of the facial image (input biometric information) with registered biometric information by an authentication device 20, determines whether or not the staff member is a legitimate staff member, and notifies the reception device 40 of work contents by the staff member (S2). The reception device 40 performs reception processing for the staff member based on the work contents. A locker device 60 captures the facial image of the staff member when the staff member arrives and notifies the management device 30 of it (S3).
