PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license update processing apparatus allowing for shortening the time required for updating a driving license.;SOLUTION: A license update processing apparatus comprises: information acquiring means that acquires license-updating information from a user terminal device; object person specifying means that specifies an object person of license update; determining means that determines a presence/absence of an insufficient item and an appropriateness of a content as to the license-updating information; and license preparation instructing means that if the determining means determines that there is no insufficient item and the content is appropriate, allows a license preparation device to prepare an updated license for the object person of license update.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
