The pretreatment reagent is a reagent for pretreatment of nanoparticles to be subjected to electrophoresis, and contains a complex directly or indirectly combined with the specific binding molecule to the nanoparticles and the ionic polymer. The method of analyzing and recovering the nanoparticles is a method for performing the electrophoresis after pretreatment of the nanoparticles using the pretreatment reagent.
