Disclosed are a hyperspectral image measuring apparatus and a calibration method thereof. The disclosed invention comprises: a body; a lighting module installed in the body and provided with a plurality of LEDs having different peak wavelengths to irradiate light to a subject; a photographing module installed in the body and measuring light reflected from the subject to obtain an image of the subject; a barrel having a contact surface in contact with the subject and installed in the body so that the contact surface is spaced apart from the lighting module and the photographing module by a predetermined distance; and a reference cover installed on the barrel to be positioned on the contact surface and having a standard reflective layer for reflecting the light irradiated from the lighting module toward the imaging module.
