Disclosed are a hyperspectral image measurement device and a calibration method thereof. The disclosed invention comprises: a main body; a light module installed in the main body having a plurality of LEDs having different peak wavelengths to radiate a subject with light; a photographing module installed in the main body, measuring light reflected from the subject to acquire an image of the subject; a main tube having a contact surface coming in contact with the subject, and installed in the main body such that the contact surface is spaced apart from the light module and the photographing module by a predetermined distance; and a reference cover installed in the main tube to be positioned on the contact surface having a standard reflection layer to reflect light radiated from the light module towards the photographing module.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
