The method for controlling pear skin stains according to an embodiment of the present invention includes pre-treating the pear with chlorine dioxide gas having a concentration greater than 0 ppmV and less than or equal to 3 ppmV for 10 to 15 hours; moving the pre-treated pear to a storage space; and a low-concentration continuous treatment step of storing the pre-treated pear with chlorine dioxide gas having a concentration greater than 0 ppmV and less than or equal to 0.05 ppmV in the storage space for 10 to 30 days.
