To provide a waterproof sheet joining device, a joining unit, and a joining method of a waterproof sheet, which can improve the construction quality in a waterproof sheet joining process and reduce the physical burden on workers.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet joining device comprises a guide rail having an arch shape, and a joining unit 20. The joining unit 20 comprises: a joining portion 21 that can be joined by pressing an overlapping portion of two waterproof sheets being in contact with each other from both sides; a moving portion 22 that can be moved along an arch-shaped guide rail; and an arm portion 23 that connects the joining portion 21 to the moving portion 22 so as to be adjustable in position at least in a direction orthogonal to a traveling direction of the moving portion 22. The overlapping portion of the waterproof sheets can be continuously joined in parallel with the movement by the moving portion 22. The waterproof sheet joining method is characterized in that a pressing roller 21b of the joining portion 21 and a heating element 21c are used to continuously join the two waterproof sheets in a state where ends of the two waterproof sheets are in contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
