The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nanocomposite material plated with a network-type metal layer through silica cracks and to a wearable electronics carbon fiber manufactured therefrom. In the present invention, a silica solution is coated on a substrate having a flat or curved surface, silica cracks are randomly formed in the crack direction and size by drying after silica solution coating, and electroless metal plating is performed on the surface of the substrate to form a network type on the silica cracks. Through the method of manufacturing a nanocomposite material plated with a metal layer, it is possible to provide a nanocomposite material with excellent electrical conductivity and bending resistance by plating a network-type metal layer on a substrate on a curved surface as well as on a flat surface. It is possible to provide wearable electronics carbon fiber with excellent resistance.
