The disclosed method for quantitative analysis of deteriorated insulating oil furan is characterized in that furfural extracted from an insulating oil sample using an extraction solvent is colorimetrically analyzed with a substituted aniline derivative and an acid catalyst, and then quantitatively analyzed by a colorimetric system, and the extraction solvent from the insulating oil sample A simple kit for quantitative analysis of deteriorated insulating oil furan in which the extracted furfural is colored with a substituted aniline derivative and an acid catalyst and then quantitatively analyzed using a colorimetric system, comprising: a mixing container in which the insulating oil sample and the extraction solvent are mixed; a mixer for extracting the furfural by rotating the mixing vessel to mix the insulating oil sample and the extraction solvent; a layer separation container in which the insulating oil sample and the extraction solvent mixed by the mixer are accommodated; a cock valve connected to the lower end of the layer separation container to selectively discharge the furfural solution containing the furfural extracted from the insulating oil sample; a colorimeter for measuring absorbance by irradiating light to an absorbance analysis sample in which the substituted aniline derivative and the acid catalyst are mixed in the discharged furfural solution; and a calculator for calculating the concentration of furfural from the absorbance measured by the colorimeter.
