The polyester film layer 21 has a sum of breaking strength in MD and breaking strength in TD of 500 to 600 MPa, a ratio of breaking strength in TD to breaking strength in MD of 0.8 to 1.1, and breaking elongation in MD and breaking elongation in TD of 110 to 200%. MD means machine flow direction and TD means a direction perpendicular to MD.
