A software tool available for data visualization and analysis aids usually requires the introduction of data from different sources, and the ability to integrate additional information useful for visualization and analysis into such data.The present disclosure provides a system and method for data analysis of experimental data.Analysis may include reference data not directly generated from the current experiment.The reference data can be a value of an experimental parameter that is either provided by the user or calculated by the system using input from the user or calculated by the system without any input from the user.Another example of such reference data may be information about devices such as apparatus calibration methods.Diagram
