PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method contributing to the treatment, prevention or diagnosis of lupus nephritis.;SOLUTION: Provided are: a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of lupus nephritis comprising a RAGE aptamer is provided; a method of diagnosing lupus nephritis comprising measuring the concentration of RAGE in urine collected from a subject; and a composition or kit for diagnosing lupus nephritis comprising a reagent for detecting RAGE.
