To provide a plan table creation system for creating an annual guidance plan table which can collectively display a plurality of subjects while reducing a workload related to the planning of an annual guidance plan and the creation of the annual guidance plan table.SOLUTION: A terminal 2 for creation used in a plan table creation system 1 chiefly includes: plan table information storage means 10 for storing standard hour number data 11, learning unit data 12, required learning course hour number data 13 or the like; data read means 20 for reading various data; plan table creation means 30 for creating an annual guidance plan table on the basis of the learning unit data 12 and the required learning course hour time data 13; and display control means 40 for displaying the annual guidance plan table or the like, further includes subject display width calculation means 50 for calculating a subject display width per lesson time obtained by dividing the whole display width of a time base by standard hour numbers of a subject, and displays a learning unit with a unit display width obtained by multiplying the subject display width by the required learning course hour numbers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
