PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite solid electrolyte; a protection negative electrode including the composite solid electrolyte; a lithium battery; and a method for manufacturing the composite solid electrolyte.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composite solid electrolyte, a protection negative electrode including the same, a lithium battery, and a method for manufacturing the composite solid electrolyte. The composite solid electrolyte includes: a lithium ion-conducting solid electrolyte; and a polymer-containing electrolyte coating layer on the surface of the solid electrolyte. The polymer-containing electrolyte coating layer includes an ion conductive polymer including an oxide alkylene-based segment. The protection negative electrode includes: a negative electrode including lithium metal or a lithium alloy; and a solid electrolyte. The polymer-containing electrolyte coating layer of the solid electrolyte is disposed in contact with the negative electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
