The present application provides a negative electrode material, and a negative electrode plate, an electrochemical device, and an electronic device comprising the negative electrode material. The negative electrode material is SiMxCy, wherein 0.5≤x≤2, 0.5≤y≤4, and M comprises at least one of boron, nitrogen, oxygen, or aluminum; of the SiMxCy, the particle size of the quantity accumulation degree A% is DNA, the particle size of the volume accumulation degree B% is DVB, and the full width at half maximum of the quantity distribution curve is ΔDN, wherein 2 μm≤(DV50-DN50)≤6 μm, and 1≤(DN99-DN1)/ΔDN≤1.3.
