A superposed mesh-free filtering structure and a grinding apparatus having the superposed mesh-free filtering structure. The structure comprises a grinding barrel (3); N filtering slits (31) are formed on the grinding barrel (3); the N filtering slits (31) divide the grinding barrel (3) into M annular grinding rings (34); both N and M are positive integers greater than or equal to 2; the M grinding rings (34) are respectively connected by means of structural members to form a first grinding mesh (32) and a second grinding mesh (33) which can be detached and assembled. The filtering slits (31) on the transversal cross section of the grinding barrel (3) are used for filtering pomace and juice; the grinding rings (34) on the first grinding mesh (32) and the second grinding mesh (33) form the filtering slits (31) by means of insertion; the grinding barrel (3) can be detached for cleaning, thereby avoiding the problem of pomace residues; and the direction of a pressing force of a grinding head (4) and the filtering slits (31) are located on the same plane, so that the material strength required by the grinding barrel (3) is reduced, thereby being capable of improving the service life and saving the overall cost.
