The present invention falls within the pharmaceutical field, and relates to a substituted five-membered aza-ring compound and the use thereof in a drug. In particular, the present invention relates to a compound as shown in formula (I), or a stereoisomer, tautomer, oxynitride, hydrate, solvate, metabolite, ester, pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug of the compound as shown in formula (I); and the present invention further relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound, the use thereof and a method for using same. In particular, the compound of the present invention is a PDE4 inhibitor, and is used for the treatment of PDE4-related diseases, such as atopic dermatitis (AD) or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
