An aqueous ophthalmic composition, comprising: a therapeutically effective amount of brimonidine or their saltsthereof; a therapeutically effective amount of brinzolamide or their saltsthereof; buffers at a concentration that is at least about 0.05% w/v to 5.0% w/v of the ophthalmic composition; a preservative and; pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, wherein the pH of said composition is less than 8.0.
