The present invention concerns a vehicle air-conditioning system.More specifically, the present invention provides a heat exchanger and a vehicle air conditioner with the same that simplifies the overall structure and can easily perform air cooling/heating for the air conditioning and dehumidifying heating by using an integrated heat exchanger,selectively supplied with low and high temperature cooling water through a supply valve to carry out the heat exchange.
