exchange coupon device (13),where a primary network-after-heat exchange corrosion coupon device (13) and the primary network circulation water return valve (14) are fitted with a primary network evacuation valve (18), between the primary network after-heat exchange corrosion coupon device (13) and the primary network circulation water return valve(14) a primary carbon-steel-corrosion bypass connected to the primary water supply tank (6), with a primary carbon-steel-corrosion bypass fitted with a primary carbon-steel-corrosion bypass (15);a primary carbon-steel tube section (16) and a primary carbon-steel-corrosion bypass valve (17) are provided, with the secondary network simulation cycle a secondary network water reservoir (22),a secondary network circulation water pump (29),a secondary network circulation water inlet valve (30),a secondary network circulation water flow meter (31),a secondary network heat exchange corrosion coupon device (32),a cold water inlet of the plate heat exchanger (10),a cold water outlet of the plate heat exchanger (10),a secondary network after-heat exchange corrosion coupon device (33) and a secondary network circulation water return valve (36),which are sequentially interconnected and form a circuit, comprising at the top of the secondary network water reserve tank (22) a secondary network water reserve water injection valve (23) and a secondary network water reserve thermometer (25), with at the bottom of the secondary network water reserve tank(22) a secondary water supply tank discharge valve (24) is provided with a cooling device within the secondary water supply tank (22) which is a secondary network cooling pipe inlet valve (26),a secondary network cooling pipe (28) and a secondary network cooling pipe exhaust valve (27),interconnected sequentially, comprising a flow control bypass between the secondary network circulation water pump (29) and the secondary network circulation water inlet valve (30), which provides for a secondary network circulation water flow control bypass valve (43),where part of the circulating water returns through the secondary network circulation water flow-through-bypass valve (43) to the secondary network water reserve tank (22),where a secondary carbon-steel-corrosion bypass is switched between the secondary network-circulation-water-outlet (30) and the secondary network-carbon-steel-circulation-water-flow-meter (31), followed by a secondary network-carbon-steel-corrosion-bypass outlet (38),a secondary carbon-steel tube section (40) and a secondary carbon-steel-corrosion bypass outlet valve(39) where a secondary network heat exchange temperature probe (34) is fitted between the secondary network heat exchange coupon device (32) and the hot water inlet of the plate heat exchanger (10), while a secondary network heat exchange temperature probe (34) is fitted between the hot water outlet of the plate heat exchanger (10)and the secondary network after-heat exchange coupon device (33) is fitted with a secondary network after-heat exchange temperature probe (35), where a secondary network discharge valve (37) is fitted between the after-heat exchange corrosion coupon device (33) and the secondary network circulation water return valve (36),and where a secondary network sampling part (41) and a secondary network sampling connection (42) are provided between the secondary network circulation water return valve (36) and the secondary network water supply tank (22).
