To provide a guide service system, a guide service program, a guide service method, and a guide service device that are novel.SOLUTION: A guide service system 10 includes: a server 12; a portable terminal 14; and a service robot 16a and the like that are disposed in each service range to provide guide services within the disposed service range. A memory of the server 12 stores service allowable range information of universal design robots (referred to below as the robot) including the robot 16a and the like. When a user inputs a target destination by utilizing the portable terminal 14, a route to the target destination is retrieved, and the obtained route is divided into plural service ranges. In addition, a robot is reserved for each divided service range according to the service allowable range information. For example, when the reserved service robot 16a confirms the user within the service range, the robot starts providing guide services to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
