PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for smoothing business support work of each operator by a supervisor for controlling telephone operators.SOLUTION: An information processing device 10 includes: a voice analysis part 110 for analyzing voice data showing telephone communication contents between a customer and an operator; an image analysis part 120 for analyzing image data of the operator; and an alarm output part 130 for outputting an alarm to a terminal of a supervisor for managing operators when at least one of an analysis result of the voice data and an analysis result of image data satisfies a prescribed alarm output condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
