To efficiently and automatically evaluate, at a small calculation cost, the risk of an electromagnetic peek which reproduces screen information from a leaking electromagnetic wave radiated from an electric apparatus.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an electromagnetic information leakage evaluation device 10 for evaluating the risk of a leaking electromagnetic wave L radiated from an electric apparatus reproducing screen information displayed in an electric apparatus 70. The electromagnetic information leakage evaluation device includes: a measuring unit 20 for measuring the leaking electromagnetic wave L radiated from the electric apparatus 70, and measuring background noise acquired when the electric apparatus 70 does not radiate the leaking electromagnetic wave L in the same environment as the environment in which the leaking electromagnetic wave L was measured; a testing unit 30 for conducting a t-test between the leaking electromagnetic wave L and the background noise; and an evaluation unit 50 for evaluating the risk of the screen information being reproduced from the leaking electromagnetic wave L on the basis of the t-value obtained by the t-test.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
