PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly estimate the frequency of an electromagnetic wave containing screen information and the drawing frequency of the screen information.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic information leakage evaluation device in an embodiment comprises an estimation section that, when a frequency satisfying a predetermined condition and having a high electric field strength level is present, in a frequency spectrum obtained by analysing a signal of frequency components in a predetermined bandwidth of an electromagnetic wave emitted from a display device as an estimation object of the drawing frequency of screen information, either in the vicinity of a first frequency represented by a product of horizontal direction resolution of the screen information displayed on the display device and a refreshing rate of the screen information or in the vicinity of a second frequency represented by a product of vertical direction resolution and the refreshing rate, estimates a frequency corresponding to a peak of the electric field strength level as candidate for the drawing frequency, and estimates the predetermined bandwidth as candidate for the frequency of the electromagnetic wave containing the screen information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
