A method for identifying disease associated CDR3 patterns in immune repertoire

The present disclosure generally relates to methods for developing diagnostic tests based on the immune response and the resulting immune repertoire. The methods of the present disclosure allow for the identification of shared CDR3 that can be used to create disease signatures with increased signal and decreased background. The methods of the present disclosure can be used to develop diagnostic tests for a variety of diseases, including but not limited to cancer, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, and infectious diseases.
