A method, apparatus, and system for providing and recruiting an online applicant history are disclosed. Online history providing and hiring method performed by the server, the steps of obtaining company information from the personnel team terminal; extracting a first keyword list based on the company information; obtaining an applicant history from the applicant terminal; extracting a second keyword list based on the history; providing recommended company information to the applicant terminal based on the first keyword list and the second keyword list; obtaining a reference check request from the applicant terminal; transmitting a reference check request to a recommender terminal accessed by the recommender account designated in the reference check request; obtaining a reference of a candidate account user accessing the applicant terminal from the recommender terminal; providing a reference check to the volunteer terminal; obtaining a history including a reference from the applicant terminal; providing a list of recommended applicants to the HR team terminal; obtaining a request for additional applicant information from the personnel team terminal; transmitting a request for additional applicant information to the recommender terminal; obtaining additional applicant information from the recommender terminal; and transmitting additional applicant information to the HR team terminal, wherein the applicant history includes a video including the applicant account user, the reference includes a video including the recommender account user, and a list of recommended applicant history to the human resources team terminal. The providing includes displaying the first recommended applicant history to the HR team terminal on the basis of the first keyword list and the second keyword list at a predefined location of a web page or application opened in the HR team terminal.
