APPLICATION OF BRUCEA JAVANICA FRUIT FAT-SOLUBLE EXTRACT IN PREPARATION OF DRUG FOR PROMOTING PERIPHERAL NERVE REGENERATION

Disclosed in the present invention is an application of a Brucea javanica fruit fat-soluble extract in preparation of a drug for promoting peripheral nerve regeneration. The Brucea javanica fruit fat-soluble extract is extracted by using a mixed solution of ethanol absolute and ethyl acetate. According to the present invention, a study found that the Brucea javanica fruit fat-soluble extract can promote neurite growth of peripheral DRG neurons, and promote division and proliferation of Schwann cells in glial cells of the peripheral nervous system, suggesting that the Brucea javanica fruit fat-soluble extract has a function of promoting peripheral nerve regeneration.
