An index anomaly analysis method, an electronic device and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: periodically collecting historical sequence data of a preset index within a first preset time period, analyzing and calculating the historical sequence data on the basis of a preset analysis algorithm, and generating and storing a parameter range set of the preset index (S1); according to a preset collection frequency, collecting real-time data of an index to be tested, and recording the real-time data of the index to be tested and a collection time point (S2); determining, according to the collection time point, a target time window corresponding to the index to be tested, and screening, from the parameter range set, a target parameter range corresponding to the target time window of the index to be tested (S3); comparing the real-time data with the target parameter range, and determining whether the real-time data exceeds the target parameter range (S4); and when it is determined that the real-time data exceeds the target parameter range, determining that the index to be tested is anomalous at the collection time point, and sending prompt information to a preset terminal (S5). By utilizing the method, the efficiency and accuracy of index anomaly detection can be improved. The method further relates to blockchain technology, and the historical sequence data can be stored in a blockchain node.
