The present invention relates to an apparatus for roll-to-roll synthesis of large-area graphene, a method for manufacturing large-area graphene, and a method for reducing graphene oxide fabric. An apparatus for roll-to-roll synthesis of large-area graphene according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a reaction chamber formed to be sealed from the outside; a supply roll unit provided inside of the reaction chamber and for unwinding a reaction substrate; a gas supply unit for supplying gas required for synthesis of graphene into the reaction chamber; a plasma supply unit for supplying plasma into the reaction chamber; a heating unit for carrying out synthesis of graphene in the reaction chamber; and a recovery roll unit for recovering the synthesized large-area graphene from the heating unit.
