A USB router (USB: Universal Serial Bus) can include a display port input device to receive a display port signal.The Displayport input device may include: a Displayport backup layer parser switch to identify Displayport control or data information from the received Displayport signal, a USB package design switch to create a USB package that includes the Displayport control or data information,which have been identified by the Displayport Backup Layer Parser Switch and a USB Switch to the USB package that includes the Displayport Control or Data Information,send via a USB link.A Displayport output device may include a Displayport packaging switch to create a Displayport package from the Displayport control or data information from the USB package, and a Displayport output switch to output the Displayport package via a Displayport connection.
