The sampling device shall include a nebuliser which destroys a sample liquid;a spray chamber with an end in which a spray nozzle part of the nebulizer is used and the other end from which at least part of the liquid droplets of the sample fluid sprayed from the spray nozzle part are discharged to the outside;and an electromagnetic wave radiation unit located outside the spray chamber,where the unit for the radiation of heating electromagnetic waves carries out the radiation of heating electromagnetic waves from outside the spray chamber towards at least one part of the spray chamber, which is different from the part in which the spray nozzle part of the mist is used.
