The ability to efficiently transfer suitable information for improvement of movement to a moving person.A motion assessment system includes a sensor unit, an information processing device and an information presentation device.The information processing system shall comprise a communication device, a storage device and a computing device.The computing device collects movement data that are captured by observing a user using a sensor via the communication device, compares movement data with information on the correctness of movements in the reference information, determines a state of movement of the user,indicates a movement in a state to be improved as an improvement,compares the movement data after the movement corresponding to the improvement with information on the degree of utilisation of the user to specify a degree of utilisation of the user,and, as an improvement proposal information on the improvement, issues information with different contents at each of several times to an information presentation device based on the improvement and on a rule predetermined according to each situation of the utilisation rate.
