Disclosed herein are netrin-1 compounds and compositions thereof and methods of using thereof to treat pulmonary hypertension. In some embodiments, the present invention provides methods of treating, reducing, or inhibiting pulmonary hypertension or reducing a subjects mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) and/or the subjects right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP), which methods comprise administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of one or more netrin-1 compounds.
