The present invention relates to a method for evaluating aquatic toxicity using Salvinia natans , a kit for evaluating aquatic toxicity, and a composition for evaluating aquatic toxicity. This was exposed to heavy metals and pesticide contamination, and the growth of raw phlegm was measured to confirm aquatic toxicity. It was confirmed that raw phlegm of the present invention can be cultured at a fast rate in a selected specific medium, and has toxicity sensitivity dependent on the concentration of heavy metals and pesticides, so it can be used for aquatic toxicity evaluation.
