Disclosed are an interactive picture book processing method and apparatus, and a system, which relate to the technical field of data processing. The method comprises: acquiring collection task information regarding a preset content prop corresponding to a picture book (101); receiving a click instruction for a first element in a picture book playing page (102); and if it is determined that a preset content prop that is not currently collected matches a content prop correspondingly bound to the first element, updating the collection task information, and outputting a message indicating that the collection task information has been updated (103). Therefore, the enthusiasm of a user for reading a picture book can be effectively aroused, and the reading experience can be improved, such that the picture book is fully utilized as much as possible, thereby reducing the waste of picture book resources.
