A switch cabinet interlock mechanism for preventing five types of accidental operations has a locking rotating shaft (3) provided with a connection plate (31). The connection plate (31) is linked to a circuit breaker shaft (10). A opening pawl (32) is provided at a position where the locking rotating shaft (3) and an isolation lock rod (4) intersect. An opening block is correspondingly provided on the isolation lock rod (4) relative to the opening pawl (32). Two ends of the isolation lock rod (4) are provided with an active wheel plate (42) and an isolation locking plate (43), respectively. Two ends of a locking push rod (5) are provided with a grounding locking plate (51) and a cam plate (52), respectively. An isolation rotating shaft (6) and a grounding rotating shaft (7) are provided in parallel at two sides of the locking rotating shaft (3), respectively. The isolation locking plate (43) and the cam plate (52) are sleeved on the isolation rotating shaft (6), and rotate coaxially. The active wheel plate (42) and the grounding locking plate (51) are sleeved on the grounding rotating shaft (7), and rotate coaxially. The isolation rotating shaft (6) is linked to an isolation knife. The grounding rotating shaft (7) is linked to a grounding knife. The active wheel plate (42) is provided with a piston (8). One end of the piston (8) is linked to a closing pawl of a circuit breaker. The invention performs, by obtaining an opening or closing position of the circuit breaker shaft (10), an interconnected interlocking operation procedure centered around blocking closing of the circuit breaker.
