A traction device facilitating cable tension adjustment for power construction, comprising a platform trolley (1), wherein a handle (2) is fixedly connected to one side of the top end of the platform trolley (1); a winding/unwinding mechanism (3) is mounted on the side of the top end of the platform trolley (1) close to the handle (2); a tension adjustment mechanism (4) is mounted on the side of the top end of the platform trolley (1) close to the winding/unwinding mechanism (3); and the winding/unwinding mechanism (3) comprises a winding/unwinding gantry (31). A first traction roller assembly (43), a second traction roller assembly (45), and a fixed traction roller assembly (46) of the tension adjustment mechanism (4) are used for performing traction on a cable in a winding/unwinding process, so that the cable can keep certain tension to facilitate winding/unwinding of the cable; meanwhile, the first traction roller assembly (43) and the second traction roller assembly (45) can respectively move in the inner sides of a first strip-shaped slot (42) and a second strip-shaped slot (44), thus the tension of the cable can be adjusted. In this way, the cable is prevented from being pulled or bent and wound in the winding/unwinding process, and the safety of electric wires is improved.
