Disclosed is a display card interface machine testing method based on PCA learning. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, connecting a product to be tested to a video collector by using a wire of a corresponding model; step 2, playing a test video, and the video collector collecting output information of a display interface and uploading the output information to an industrial upper computer; step 3, the industrial upper computer decoding display card interface information and storing a frame image; step 4, carrying out principal component analysis on the frame image so as to extract the main information of the image; and step 5, taking the analyzed image as an input of a machine learning classifier so as to obtain a detection result. By means of the present invention, various types of interfaces are compatible with same, a display corresponding to an interface does not need to be provided, and the collection and decoding of interface information are completed by using a video collector and an industrial upper computer, thereby reducing material costs.
