Disclosed are a stator assembly and a wiring adjustment method therefor, and a magnetic suspension bearing. The stator assembly comprises a stator iron core (1), an insulation framework (2), a coil winding (3) and a PCB (4). The stator iron core (1) comprises stator teeth (11), the insulation framework (2) is sleeved outside the stator teeth (11), the coil winding (3) is wound around the insulation framework (2), the PCB (4) is arranged on the insulation framework (2), and a wiring path of the coil winding (3) can be adjusted. The stator assembly facilitates the adjustment of the resistance and inductance of a bearing stator according to requirements, and has good applicability and is relatively low-cost.
