Disclosed are a magnetic suspension bearing stator assembly and a manufacturing method therefor. The stator assembly comprises a stator iron core (2), coils (3) and two stator iron core frameworks (1). The two stator iron core frameworks (1) are respectively snap-fitted on two axial ends of the stator iron core (2), wherein a recess part (18) is provided on a snap-fit end of one of the stator iron core frameworks (1), and a protrusion part (19) is provided on a snap-fit end of the other stator iron core framework (1), the recess part (18) and the protrusion part (19) are snap-fitted with each other, and each coil (3) is wound on teeth (22) of the stator iron core (2) correspondingly. The stator assembly can be easily assembled, and the two stator iron core frameworks can be completely fitted with each other after installation. The assembly is firm and can ensure reliable insulation. Moreover, the two stator iron core frameworks can adopt a completely identical structure with a high versatility of components, and thus can be interchanged during the assembly process, while also lowering the mould-opening costs and facilitating standardization.
