A vaneless fan nozzle assembly and a vaneless fan. The vaneless fan nozzle assembly comprises an air duct assembly, which is provided with an air duct through which air passes; a wind sweeping assembly, which comprises several flow guiding vanes (1) rotatably mounted within the air duct; and a connecting rod (2) that cooperates with the flow guiding vanes (1) and that is used for driving the several flow guiding vanes (1) to rotate. The several flow guiding vanes (1) are arranged along the height direction of the air duct and swing up and down under the drive of the connecting rod (2), so as to adjust the angle of wind blowing from an air outlet; and the flow guiding vanes (1) are adapted to the necking shape of the air outlet of the air duct in the air duct assembly. The flow guiding vanes (1) are arranged along the height direction of an air duct, such that while a wind sweeping assembly achieves direction changing of the air flow of a nozzle assembly, the wind sweeping assembly is suitable for being installed in the air duct of a narrow vaneless fan so that the wind blowing angle may be adjusted, such that the structure of the entire vaneless fan is more compact.
