A question parsing method, relating to artificial intelligence technology, and comprising: using an original question set and pre-set statement classification template training to obtain a question distribution model and a semantic extraction model, using the question distribution model to classify a question to be parsed to obtain a classification result, using the semantic extraction model to perform semantic analysis on the question to be parsed to obtain a semantic parsing result, on the basis of the classification result and the semantic parsing result, searching for a matching query statement template, on the basis of the query statement template, obtaining a question query statement, and using the question query statement to query the content of a database to obtain a question and answer parsing result and submitting same to a querying terminal. The invention further relates to blockchain technology, and the question and answer parsing result can be stored in a node of a blockchain. Further provided are a question parsing apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer readable storage medium. The invention is able to solve the problem of low question parsing efficiency.
