The present invention relates to an anticancer adjuvant for treating anticancer-agent-resistant cancer, and a pharmaceutical composition containing same. If resistance to DNA replication inhibitory anticancer agents is exhibited, a substance for inhibiting the activity of tristetraprolin can be included as an anticancer adjuvant so as to maximize the effects of an anticancer agent, and thus is usable in cancer treatment. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition, a kit and a method for diagnosing resistance to DNA replication inhibitory anticancer agents, and the resistance to the anticancer agents can be identified by measuring the expression level of tristetraprolin.
