The complex begins with a cycle of breathing exercises. The cycle of strength training is performed using a stick or elastic band with the inclusion of exercises for the upper and lower muscle groups. The complex is completed by performing a cycle of aerobic training, including walking, exercise bike or swimming at the patient's choice.
