A method of performing Blake point detection through a cache includes detecting the occurrence of memory access and identifying whether either cache line in the cache corresponds to the address associated with the memory access.When the cache line coincides with the address associated with the memory access, it will not have encountered the Blake point.When there is no cache line corresponding to the address associated with the memory access, the embodiment identifies if one or more flag bits are ignored, either cache line corresponds to the address associated with the memory access.If one or more flag bits are ignored, the embodiment performs a check on whether or not the cache line has encountered an address associated with the memory access.The embodiment processes cache miss when not matching.Diagram
