It relates to a color recognition educational kit that can learn colors seen by the eyes according to light reflection and absorption, and its development. The color recognition educational kit and its development view are provided with beads of different colors, respectively, a bead providing unit having a plurality of first rail units formed to be inclined downward in one direction; an absorption part having a plurality of openings to selectively pass the beads supplied from the first rail part; a reflection unit printed with a different color and selectively shielding the opening of the absorption unit; and a color recognition unit provided with a plurality of second rail units that are supplied with beads reflected by colliding with the reflection unit and inclined downward in one direction from the side of the reflection unit.
