FIELD: medicine, urology-andrology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology-andrology of childhood. Dissection of ureteropelvic junction stricture is performed in antegrade direction. In this case, core wires are used - one in antegrade and one in retrograde direction, nephroscope is brought to the stricture zone between two core wires, pushing wires into the opposite direction, stretching the ureter paries and increasing its lumen. Dissection of ureteropelvic junction stricture is performed with a holmium laser in "Ablation" mode using 230 nm fiber. Moreover, the dissection is carried out along the lateral side of ureteropelvic junction, longitudinal incisions through all layers to the periureteral adipose tissue. Upon reaching the ureteral lumen under the control of X-ray telescoping the ureteral stent is installed in antegrade direction. ;EFFECT: method makes possible to improve visualization of stricture, control the depth of dissection and reduce the risk of such a formidable complication as ureteral perforation, reduce the risk of bleeding and contributes to better visualization of the surgical field. ;1 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl
