The present invention uses the advantages of mass productivity, biodegradability, wound regeneration function, bioadhesive function, excellent biocompatibility and no biohazard of silk fibroin, a natural protein polymer derived from silkworm cocoon, to provide a photocurable hydrogel hemostatic agent as a main component. By manufacturing, the excellent adhesive strength, biocompatibility, hemostasis and wound healing ability of silk fibroin are maintained at equal or higher levels, and a rapid photocuring hydrogel hemostatic agent that can be applied to areas requiring bleeding and wound closure and a method for manufacturing the same.
